years of advisory experience
Adnan Fazli · Founder & CEO
Adnan Fazli brings over twenty-five years of advisory experience, including as a Big 4 Strategy, Transformation and Transactions partner across Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. He has advised large sovereign-owned, listed, family office and private equity-owned businesses, as well as start-ups, working directly with boards, senior management and founder-shareholders.
Adnan moved to Dubai from London over eighteen years ago to establish the Deloitte Financial Advisory business in the Middle East, building the team and growing the practice through a series of leadership roles.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and served as a member of the Institute’s Middle East Corporate Finance faculty.
successfully executed projects
During the global financial crisis, Adnan helped clients in the GCC navigate a period of acute change and uncertainty. Post-GFC, he supported organic and inorganic strategies across M&A, value creation, transformation and monetisation.
He founded FAZ Advisory in 2026 to bring that same senior, board-level counsel and support to clients directly, in an independent advisory role.
The name
FAZ comes from the founder’s own surname, so the firm is personally accountable rather than a faceless institution. It also echoes the Arabic فاز — to triumph, to succeed.
That is not a slogan. It is the standard the firm holds itself to: client outcomes are what the work is measured against.
Our approach
Working alongside leadership and internal teams, not at a distance.
Bringing the right senior expertise around the situation as it evolves.
Moving with pace toward clear, client-centred advice and outcomes.
